Over a three month period we will work systematically through the body to improve your joint mechanics, and increase your body's mobilization. Benefits of this class will be improvement in your tissue extensibility, reduced stiffness and achy joints, and prevention and rehabilitation injuries. Banded exercises, static stretching, banded distraction, Self Myofascial Release, and dynamic stretching are just a few of the techniques being used.
